1. Reservations & Payments
- A valid credit card is required to secure all reservations.
- Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking.
- Rates are quoted in U.S. Dollars and may be subject to applicable taxes and fees.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations made at least 48hrs before check-in are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 48hrs of arrival may be charged.
- No-shows will be charged the full stay.
3. Check-In / Check-Out
- Check-in is available during our front desk hours, and we also offer virtual check-in via phone or email for a smooth, contact-free experience.

4. Guest Responsibilities
- Guests are responsible for any damages or missing items from their room.
- No smoking is permitted inside the hotel. A cleaning fee may be charged if violated.
- Pets are allowed. If allowed, additional fees and policies may apply.
5. Liability
- The hotel is not responsible for loss or theft of personal belongings.
- Use of hotel facilities (including parking, fitness areas, etc.) is at the guest’s own risk.
