Our friendly staff is available to assist you at the front desk daily from 6:30 AM – 11:00 PM. Whether you need directions, local recommendations, or assistance with your stay, we’re here to help.
Check-Out
Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Please return your key/code cards to the front desk upon departure.
Phones & Communication
- Direct Dial: Dial the room number to reach another guest room.
- Local Calls: Dial 9 + number.
- Long Distance: Must be made using a calling card.
- Wake-Up Calls: Call the front desk during office hours to request a wake-up call.
Security & Access
Your safety is our priority. All exit and entry doors are locked at all times. You will receive a personal 4-digit code to enter the hotel securely.
Vending & Snacks
Need a quick snack or drink? Our vending machines for soda, snacks, and ice are conveniently located on the first floor.

Cancellation Policy
We understand plans change. Please note our cancellation policy:
- Weekday reservations: $10 fee if cancelled within 24 hours
- Weekend reservations: $10 fee if cancelled within 48 hours
- Late cancellations: If cancelled after 3:00 PM on the reservation date, one night’s full rate will be charged
